We are based in Pakenham, Victoria, and proudly serve Melbourne and surrounding areas.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We provide delivery and pick-up services for our equipment. Pricing depends on the location and the type of equipment hired. Contact us for a delivery quote.
What does 'Operator Included' mean?
If an item is listed as ‘Operator Included’, this means the hire price includes a qualified professional to operate the machinery. For example, when hiring a crane, a trained operator will handle the lifting, ensuring safety and efficiency for your project.
What types of hire options do you offer?
We provide flexible hire options, including:
- Hourly Hire – Ideal for short-term needs
- Daily Hire – Perfect for one-off jobs

How do I book the equipment?

How do I pay for the hire?

Can I pick up the equipment myself?
Yes! You can pick up the equipment from our Pakenham factory if you have a suitable vehicle. Please check with us beforehand to confirm size and weight restrictions.
How do I return the equipment?
You can return the equipment during our trading hours. If you need to return it outside of hours, let us know in advance so we can arrange a drop-off solution.
What happens if I have an issue with the equipment?
If you experience any problems, contact us immediately, and we’ll either troubleshoot the issue over the phone, or send a replacement if required. We aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to keep your project on track.
